Abstract
In the past few decades alot of research has been done on expatriate’s adjustment but there are few reviews on the expatriate success. This review details the success of expatriates and characteristics required for expatriate to become successful in the cross cultural environment. This review identifies the skill set,crosscultural competencies and personality traits requirements and there contribution toward expatriate success.
